Nolan Murrah is a graduate of Emory University, Emory University Law School, (A.B., J.D. 1957) and did postgraduate work at Harvard Law School. He has been a member of the State Bar of Georgia since 1957. His legal background includes service, as Captain in JAGD, U.S. Air Force; Law Assistant, Supreme Court of Georgia; Vice President, General Counsel, Royal Crown Companies, Inc. (1961-1986). He is a registered mediator with the Georgia Office of Dispute Resolution.

Fife M. Whiteside, is an attorney, practicing since 1976 in commercial and bankruptcy areas. Mr. Whiteside is also a member of the Muscogee County School Board. He was trained in mediation by Decision Management Associates. Mr. Whiteside intends to limit his ADR practice to commercial/bankruptcy matters and education issues.

Donald C. Bowman is a certified public accountant and business valuator. He has been trained and accepted as a Collaborative Law participant by the Collaborative Law Institute of Georgia. Mr. Bowman holds a Bachelor of Science degree from the United States Military Academy and the Degree of Master of Science in Administration from The George Washington University. He has provided litigation support to firms in the Columbus area since 1986 to include valuations, analysis and other expert testimony. Cases supported have included divorces, condemnations, estates and torts. He is a member of the AICPA, GSCPA and CLIG.

Leslie L. Cohn has been a practicing attorney for over thirty-one (31) years. A major portion of Mr. Cohn's practice has been in the field of family law, to include but not limited to, divorce and custody. Mr. Cohn has completed training by Resolve, Inc. on Mediation Skills for Success as well as the training conducted by the Collaborative Law Institute entitled Collaborative Family Law. This training has been approved by the Family Academy of Mediators. Mr. Cohn is also a member of the Society of Professionals in Dispute Resolution (SPIDR).

Dr. Kaplan is a licensed psychologist who has worked with children and families for over thirty years in clinical and forensic settings. In addition to private practice, he has served as the Chief Psychologist of West Central Georgia Regional Hospital, the Director of a Family Court Crisis Intervention Unit and Youth Coordinator of an Emergency Psychiatric Service. Dr. Kaplan is a member of the Leadership Council on Child Abuse and Interpersonal Violence and has served as an expert witness in the areas of clinical psychology, child development, trauma, substance abuse, family conflict, divorce and custody.

Elsie R. Arno is a Certified Financial Planner and a Professor Emeritus of the College of Business at Columbus State University. She wrote a financial column for the Columbus Ledger Enquirer for over 20 years. She has over 25 years of experience in assisting individuals with personal financial problems including cash flow management, debt management, asset accumulation, retirement planning, college education planning, and investments.

Cindy Patten is a licensed professional counselor with 20 years experience as a psychotherapist. Trained in collaborative law, Ms. Patten is qualified to serve in either a divorce coach or child specialist capacity.
